His journey in powerlifting began long before coaching—through countless hours in the gym and a passion for pushing the limits of human strength. This deep-rooted understanding of the sport gives Rory a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed, both as an athlete and a coach.
Over the past six years, Rory has coached over 100 athletes, guiding them through over 120 successful meets and helping them break personal records. As a competitor, Rory has consistently ranked in the top 20 100kg/220lb powerlifters worldwide for the last four years.
